When is the ticket presale?

The ticket pre-sale starts on Wednesday, 6th November 2024 at 10 AM GMT.

When do tickets go on general sale?

Tickets go on general sale on Friday, 8th November 2024 at 10 AM GMT.

When will I receive my access details?

Your pre-sale access details will be emailed to you on Tuesday, 5th November 2024 by 10 PM GMT.

Due to GDPR reasons, if you have opted out of marketing emails, you may not receive the email.

I already placed an order for ‘Hallucinating Love’ or a bundle. Will I receive a link?

Yes, if you have already pre-ordered any format of Hallucinating Love from our official store only, you will receive a pre-sale access link. Please note other retailers are excluded.

What email address will you send my link to?

Your link will be sent to the email address used to place your order. Please check your junk folder if you don’t see it.

• Access to any ticket presale does not guarantee that you will be able to successfully purchase a ticket.

• One pre-sale link per customer. No purchase necessary. You will be eligible if you sign up using the email form above.

• Maribou State does not accept liability for any technology issues preventing customers from receiving their email containing pre-sale access details or gaining access to the ticketing website.

• For any issues purchasing tickets, please contact the relevant ticket provider.

• Age restrictions apply according to each ticket provider. Please check venue restrictions before purchasing your ticket. 

• These terms and conditions are governed by English Law.
