Maribou State UK Tour Ticket Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

• To enter the Maribou State UK Tour Ticket Giveaway, you must order any format of Hallucinating Love from the official Maribou State store before 3pm GMT on Thursday 6th February 2025.
• No purchase is necessary to enter the competition. To enter without purchase, sign up with your email using the form at the top of the page.
• The competition is open to residents worldwide who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Prize

• The winner will receive 2x tickets to see Maribou State on their UK tour, including overnight accommodation in a city of their choice from the available tour locations.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
• Travel and any other associated costs are not included in the prize.

Winner Selection

• The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
• The draw will take place on Friday 7th February 2025, and the winner will be notified by email on the same day.
• If the winner does not respond within 3 days of the notification email being sent, Maribou State reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

• Entry is limited to one per person.
• Your entry will be linked to the email address used to place your pre-order or provided during the no-purchase entry process. Please ensure this email address is accurate and accessible.

General

• Maribou State is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to problems with email delivery, that may prevent entry or winner notification.
• Due to GDPR reasons, if you have opted out of marketing emails, you may not receive the notification email.
• By entering this competition, entrants agree to these terms and conditions and consent to being contacted via email regarding the competition.
• Personal data collected for the purposes of this competition will be processed in accordance with Maribou State’s privacy policy.

Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
